Edward Moore & Coy., Pressed Glass Makers. SOUTH SHIELDS OCTOBER, 1888
    Dear Sirs
We beg leave to inform you that by arrangement with the Executors of the late JOSEPH WEBB, Coalbourn Hill Glass Works, Stourbridge, we have become the proprietors of the whole stock of moulds employed by that eminent Firm. These moulds are now in use here, and we enclose lithograph drawings of the leading articles. In the Glassware which we shall supply from these moulds, we shall be able to sustain the high reputation for fine white quality of Glass which the late JOSEPH WEBB deservedly enjoyed. The later improvements employed here in the art of pressing Glass will enable us to supply all the Articles at very great reduction in price from the rates formally charged for these goods.
We shall be pleased to furnish you with specimens of any of these articles which you may request to see. We have also ready an important variety of new registered patterns, which, along with the acquired assortment of the late Mr. JOSEPH WEBB'S designs, are being incorporated in a new edition of our pattern book which is now in the press.
We shall be pleased to supply you with a copy of this forthcoming new Book (which will be ready early in January 1889) if we hear from you that we may send you a copy.
We thank you, Sincerely, for all your favours, and remain,
    Yours truly,
    Edward Moore & Coy.
